Following a hugely successful 2010 event, Sage UK is bringing Sage World to EventCity on 12th and 13th October 2011. Small, start up and growing businesses from across the UK are being invited to immerse themselves in a world of business during this two day unique business event.
The FREE event will give new and established businesses the chance to talk directly to Sage UK’s business support experts, as well as gain advice from some of the UK's most inspiring and imaginative business leaders.
Successful entrepreneur and hands-on business power, Jo Malone, will be at the event, along with Rob Law, Founder of Trunki and Simon Calver, CEO of LOVEFiLM. Jungle explorer and best-selling author, Benedict Allen, will provide an alternative view of potential business trials, which can be just as frightening, confusing and competitive as life in the jungle.
Jo Lennon, Small Business Division Customer Marketing Manager said: “Instead of a standard exhibition, Sage World gives you a very different event experience. There is no hard sell, just an immersive experience for people looking for advice and information relevant for their businesses. There is one-to-one advice from accredited business advisors, and a whole wealth of support and advice from the Sage technical experts who will be on hand.”
Networking at the event will be facilitated by both a leading network guru and the latest in interactive event technology. Renowned networking expert Andy Lopata will be on hand throughout the event to facilitate ice-breaking moments, and all delegates will receive a handheld Spotme device to help make the event experience as interactive and valuable as possible. Spotme allows delegates to see others they would like to network with by showing them when they are nearby or letting them send messages and exchange electronic business cards.
Sage World is free to attend, but registration in advance is essential and tickets are limited. To register and find out more information please see www.sageworld2011.co.uk or email email@example.com or call 0191 241 4523. Once registered, delegates will receive regular updates about the event.
