TM Lewin is the latest new brand to sign at Gloucester Quays, following recent signings from Levi’s, Skechers and Phase Eight.
TM Lewin, the world-famous Jermyn Street brand, has signed for a new 187.6 sq m (2,019 sq ft) outlet store on a five year lease and joins other leading brands such as All Saints, Fat Face, Jaeger, The North Face and Clarks, at the rapidly expanding waterfront outlet shopping, leisure and entertainment complex.
The new store will offer discounts on its range of high quality shirts, suits, casualwear and accessories for both men and women, as well as a high quality tailoring apparel service to suit all sizes.
Tim Matthews of TM Lewin said: “Gloucester Quays was a natural choice for TM Lewin given its excellent geographical catchment with an impressive line-up of retail brands, restaurants and entertainment.”
The store will benefit from the wider offering, including the Cineworld 10 screen fully digitised cinema, 18 restaurants, bars and cafes together with a 24/7 Health Club.
Jason Pullen, Managing Director of Peel Outlets, said: “Gloucester Quays is on the radar of retail and leisure/lifestyle operators thanks to both regional dominance and rising footfall. This is a centre which has customer pulling power and the growth in both footfall and the important addition of TM Lewin will further enhance that.”
Adrian Wright, Leasing Director of Peel Outlets, said: “Gloucester Quays is creating a major lifestyle and leisure experience and TM Lewin will add to the already strong lineup of high quality brands at the centre offering discounts of up to 70%. Occupier interest in the Quays has been strong as we set out to create an offer that expands the centre and, extends its appeal into fashion, whilst complemented as a growing destination for food and film.”
The new store is scheduled to open this week.
