RiverSide Business Park is a 24 acre (9.71 hectares) site with planning consent for over 300,000 sq.ft. (27,870 sq.m.) of high quality office space making it East Lancashire’s largest consented office park.

Outline planning permission has been obtained for amenities at RiverSide Business Park. The amenities will consist of a 50 bed hotel, a pub/restaurant and a nursery/crèche facility and will be of great benefit to occupiers on the park.

The development is accessed from Barrowford Road (A6068)

Barrowford Village Centre is within half a mile with Nelson Town Centre and all its amenities being within one mile.
