Robin Hood Airport Business Park is a 164 acre scheme sited adjacent to the UK’s newest airport. With planning consent for commercial development of approximately 2,000,000 sq. ft. ( 186,000 sq. m.) the site is capable of satisfying large scale distribution requirements and national headquarters premises.
With access to the motorway network close by and the introduction of a new link road connecting the Airport to a main arterial route in to Doncaster (A638) the business park has truly made its mark as a key business destination. A new 103 bedroom Ramada Encore Hotel opened in 2008, whilst Priority Sites, Business Homes and Evans of Leeds have undertaken speculative development at the Airport.
Opportunities exist for new build office and industrial/distribution ranging from 5,000 sq. ft. (465 sq. m.) up to 260,000 sq. ft. (24,154 sq. m.) across both sites.
