Peel Land & Property have an excellent track record of securing planning consent for residential use with many thousands of homes being secured over the last 10 years.
These schemes have mainly been sold to our house building partners, however more recently we have been developing a number of these residential schemes ourselves as Peel Living.
We have completed a number of residential projects consisting of new apartments available for sale or to rent in Altrincham and Manchester City Centre through joint ventures with Crosby Homes and Artisan Holdings.
Peel have completed the development of 378 apartments which will be available for sale or to rent at MediaCityUK within TheHeart and NumberOne. These are the only apartments in MediaCityUK and are fully connected to the technology infrastructure. Peel Land & Property is also a joint venture partner with Manchester City Council on the Eastbank scheme in Ancoats, East Manchester. The scheme consists of 108 residential units which comprise of 30 town houses and 78 apartments. There are also four commercial/retail units contained in the development. The residential aspect is split between The Mews which comprises of townhouses and apartments and The Cube which is solely apartments.
