Spain - Trafford Centre España has received planning permission for circa 1.3m sq ft of retail, a hotel, casino and residential on an 80 acre acre site comprising a regional shopping centre branded after The Trafford Centre.In recognition of its location on the popular Costa del Sol, the development will also include a five star hotel and eventually luxury apartments.
Bermuda - Washington Mall is Bermuda's premier office and retail complex located in the heart of Hamilton, both the retail and office space have recently been extended.
Bahamas - a small portfolio comprises circa 80,000 sq ft of office and retail space.
