Peel Land and Property either develop residential sites themselves or deliver consented sites to our house building partners.
As well as major new communities planned through residential-led projects at locations such as Ellesmere Port, Runcorn, Warrington, Partington and Doncaster, Peel Land & Property handle a huge variety of smaller residential projects from individual barn conversions and single plots to small development sites of 2, 3 or 4 residential units.
The Peel Group and Barratt Homes have formed a strategic partnership to bring forward new housing development on a number of Peel’s key residential sites in the North West and North East of England.
A Framework Agreement has been entered into by both parties which initially will cover 80 acres of land on 6 sites with the potential for over 1,000 new homes to be built over the next 5 years with an end value approaching £200m.
