Location

Located on the south bank of the Manchester Ship Canal, approximately 9.5 miles to the east of Chester, 33 miles west of Manchester and 18 miles south of Liverpool. The site has excellent motorway access via J14 of the M56 and J11 of the M53 which are approximately 2 miles away and the M6/M56 intersection 16 miles to the east.

The site is located in an area recognised for its manufacturing and processing industry, with local occupiers including Shell, GrowHow and Quinn Glass. The area benefits from a skilled workforce with an extensive experience in the manufacturing and processing industries.
