Calder Park’s architects are charged with the responsibility of designing buildings to suit each individual occupier’s exact requirements and aspirations, in accordance with the overall master planning and within a stylistic framework that guarantees the long term quality of the surroundings. Buildings of any size - from 10,000 sq. ft. (929 sq. m.) to in excess of 100,000 sq. ft. (10,764 sq. m.) – can easily be accommodated within the superbly landscaped and fully master planned site.
Set on a site of 240 acres, Calder Park offers occupiers the lowest possible development densities together with uncompromising facilities; for example, there is over 100 acres set aside for a nature and bird reserve, designed in consultation with the RSPB and English Nature.
The buildings will be uncompromising in their commercial approach to meet industry recognised design standards and will be expected to meet very good to excellent BREEAM ratings. Where possible measures are implemented to minimise energy use and reduce lifetime running costs.
