We take a long term approach to planning and development, typically spending 10 years or longer conceiving, perfecting and developing projects. Many of our projects involve partnerships with stakeholders, in particular local authorities. Accordingly we believe in listening to the needs of business, communities and stakeholders to create environments which are socially and environmentally successful in the longer term.

The site encompasses a well-specified and flexible distribution accommodation which was built in 1997, and is 300,702 sq. ft. (27,935 sq. m.) in total. There is also 24.8 acres (10.04 hectares) of land at the site, providing a low site density of approximately 28% with expansion land potential.
Offers are sought at £15,185,000 (Fifteen Million, One Hundred and Eighty Five Thousand Pounds) subject to contract and exclusive of VAT.
