The redevelopment of Liverpool and Birkenhead Docks will see a £10 billion investment and regeneration of 320 hectares of redundant dockland.
These docks, now branded Liverpool Waters and Wirral Waters, will see a series of linked developments that will create one of the world’s great waterfronts with major living and working communities.
A total of 3.6 million sq m of mixed commercial, retail, leisure development and 40,000 new homes are envisaged.
