Peel Leisure currently own six hotels across the North West which are run by third party operators, such hotels include the Marriott at Worsley and Crowne Plaza Liverpool.

Development portfolio

Having established a highly successful property portfolio, Peel Leisure is now developing its interests as an owner/operator on land already owned by the Peel Group.

Our plans cover all markets, from budget to luxury hotels, and this is reflected in the size, style and brand affiliation of each hotel. A 103 room Ramada Encore Hotel at Robin Hood Airport Doncaster Sheffield and a 160 room Hampton by Hilton at Liverpool John Lennon Airport are now open. 

We are building the first hotel at MediaCityUK; a 218 room Holiday Inn due to open in October 2010, and have announced plans for a 210 room four star hotel at The Trafford Centre.

A further 20 sites have been identified where hotels will be developed in the future. These will create considerable employment opportunities for local communities.
