Planning Permission Status: Pre-application consultation and discussions with South Tyneside Council will commence in due course. The site is being promoted by Peel Environmental for inclusion in the emerging South Tyneside Local Development Framework, which is an on-going process.
Current Progress: Preliminary design work is being progressed.
