Moving home
Arranging to close your existing hot water account is one of the many things you need to do when you move home. If you are changing your address then contact us by telephoning or emailing using the details in the contacts section of the website. Alternatively, you can complete our New Occupier Form and either email or post it to us and we will do the rest.
If you are moving out of the premises serviced by Utilities Services MediaCityUK Ltd we will send a final bill to your new address for any amount you owe or refund cheque for any overpayments you have made.
If you are moving address within the MediaCityUK site then we will transfer any balance to your new account and commence charging you from the day you move in.
You need to give us at least two days notice of you moving home so that we can arrange a final meter reading and finalise your account.
