Peel develop, own and manage a variety of retail operations and leisure destinations.

Peel Land & Property - operate thirteen retail parks throughout the UK extending to 2.3 million sq ft and over 150 stores based on these, whether it be a more element focused park such as ‘house and home’ or a mixed use entity of home, fashion, leisure, electric and entertainment the Peel retail park portfolio is sure to have a park that fits any requirement.

The Trafford Centre – with one of the most powerful retail line ups outside of Oxford Street this £1.4 billion shopping and leisure destination attracts over 36 million visitors annually. The Centre is home to 230 stores, 60 restaurants, cafes and bars and outstanding leisure facilities including one of the busiest cinemas in the UK, a Laser Quest, 18 ten pin bowling lanes and Paradise Island Adventure Golf. Beyond the Centre is Trafford Quays Leisure Village with its hotels, golf driving range, fitness centre, a real snow ski facility and Airkix sky diving simulator.

Gloucester Quays - a joint venture between Peel Holdings and British Waterways and is one of the largest mixed use waterside regeneration developments in the UK.

The 60 acre, £400 million development sited at Gloucester Docks will provide over 150,000 sq m (1.6 million sq ft) of floorspace. Within the scheme is the Gloucester Quays Designer Outlet, phase one of which opened in May 2009 and brings a mix of designer and high street stores to Gloucester.

Peel Leisure - is focussing its interests as an owner/operator and developing a portfolio of hotels on the company’s current and future land development schemes. Peel Leisure currently own six hotels across the North West which are run by third party operators, such hotels include the Marriott at Worsley and Crowne Plaza Liverpool.

Blackburn Ice Arena - opened in 1991 by Olympic Gold medallists Jane Torville and Christopher Dean, Blackburn Ice Arena is an Olympic size ice pad offering everything from a fun family day out to professional coaching up to British and World Champion level and is the North West's Regional Centre of Ice Skating Excellence.

Bridgewater Canal - an historic strategically located private navigation situated in the North West of England. In its heyday the canal carried more than 3 million tonnes of traffic, today it forms part of the popular boat cruising route known as the Cheshire Ring. The Bridgewater Way is a regeneration project that will create a 65km/39 mile leisure route for walkers and cyclists along the historic Bridgewater Canal.
