Peel's investments include a major shareholding in Intu Properties plc, the UK's leading specialist developer, manager and owner of regional shopping centres.
The Intu portfolio comprises five major out of town centres including Intu Trafford Centre, Manchester which was delivered by The Peel Group; and nine in-town centres including those in prime locations such as Cardiff and Manchester.
Gloucester Quays is a new waterside shopping and leisure desination in Gloucester's Historic Docks area.
Ideally located close to the M5 motorway, the 60 acre, £400 million Gloucester Quays development will provide over 1.6 million sq. ft. (150,000 sq. m.) of floorspace when complete.
